V5 Storyteller Resources This is an amazing resource that deserves a spot in every Storyteller's library. The only criticism I can think of is that, at the time of this review, while they do have a comprehensive list of the Disciplines and the powers they do not have such a list of the blood sorcery rituals or oblivion ceremonies. That however is truly minor compared to all that is here.

Lightning League (Quantum Engine)

Lightning League (Quantum Engine) I like Lightning League. There is a lot of detail to paint a general picture of a post World War Two type of environment with enough elements of the 40s B-Movie fantastical to give players permission to feel a bit light hearted when going over the topic material. Giant Ants? Check. Zombies? Check. Evil Scientists, Robots, and Rocket Packs? Oh Yes! Some of the aside commentary by the author does end up triggering a few laughs as well. Another thing I like about this is the collection of artwork that has been gathered together to illustrate the potential adventures within. I find old style illustrations to be fascinating and I love how they're given a nod in this....

Tales of Arcana® 5E Race Guide

Tales of Arcana® 5E Race Guide This book is absolutely brilliant! This is not a book your throw at your players and say "Here, all of this is available" This is a grab bag of races that can help inspire campaign ideas, or give use specific races to give a campaign a certain feel. The lore in the book is nice but I feel it is not needed. Each race is fleshed out welll enough to be placed in whatever campaign world you use (published or homebrew). The artwork is gorgeous and makes this book even that much better. I am now starting a Dark Wonderland campaign using just races out of this book. This book is a must have for DM/GM's Excellent job to all those who brought this book to life!...

V5 Storyteller Resources Very helpful. I'm a new ST with new players and it is so nice not to have to remember where everyone's powers are and ctrl f to find rules. Helped us make our rolls and move on with the story. The only things I could think to add are the cost tables for character improvement and adding rituals to quick reference. Though there may be too many of those and it might bloat the source beyond what they wanted.

Bargainomicon Volume 1 It's a fantastic array of fleshed out NPCs, each with their own unique theme and setting, coupled with a load of fun magic items that are sure to please even the pickiest of your party, and all beautifully illustrated in one easy to read PDF. Mix it in with your own personal party and you have a recipe for a great time... Unless your party is a bunch of murder hobos. At which point, I'm sorry for your curse, but at least you have this awesome supplement and the dreams of how great it will be to add this content to your world!...

Index Card RPG: Master Edition A great combination of all things ICRPG in one place. Definately worth the price, I would buy it in a snap. SF, Weird west, Super heroes, Pre-history and the classic swords and sorcery setting. This is a rules light d20 system, It comes with a ton of adventures including a Cosmic horror one-shot. If you're on the fence don't be it's definately worth the price.

Files for Everybody: Mephians

Files for Everybody: Mephians An Endzeitgeist.com review This installment of the „Files for Everybody“-series clocks in at 21 pages, 1 page front cover, 1 page editorial, 1 page introduction (which also features advice on using them and some info on their musk in a sidebar), 2 pages of SRD, leaving us with 16 pages of content, so let’s take a look! This review was moved up in my reviewing queue as a prioritized review at the request of my supporters. So, mephians…it’s one of the rather interesting anthro races/ancestries introduced by Everybody Games for various systems, and it was always one near and dear to my heart (cue tons of bad Lacrimosa goth in-jokes); much like in previous treatments of such ancestries for e.g. the yroometji, the mephians in this installment receive quite a lot of rather interesting options and flavor. Now, I know that you may be already familiar with this, but it’s important and something I very much feel like I need to address it: The mephian-treatment herein does feature...

Wrath & Glory: Core Rules
by Drew U.
Publisher: Cubicle 7 Entertainment Ltd.
Date Added: 10/22/2021 13:21:23
Wrath & Glory: Core Rules Wrath and Glory is the newest iteration of 40k roleplay, and it is... flawed. I really want to like it, and it has some wonderful ideas and additions, but there are some mistakes that need to be adressed. I will go through a list of Pros and Cons here, then give some final thoughts. As a preface, I hate dice pools and love D100. It is my favorite core mechanic in gaming. **PROS:** -Much easier on the GM than the old d100 systems. Though I hate dice pools and these rules are still fairly clunky, making things and running combats is easier. As of right now you'll be brewing a lot, but you had to brew a shit load in the d100 systems unless everyone played an exact cutout relevant to the premise, and it is easier here. -Tiers are a great idea. They help direct the types of PCs that fit for a certain game and accentuate the next pro: -This is a big one. The fact that this is actually a 40k RPG. Not a "a specific group of humans doing a specific thing in 40k" RPG. Though t...

V20 Classical Age - Fall of Carthage Very good book, but it can be a little hard to parse due to the all around poor translation job. A lot of it is readable, just with awkward phrasing. Other parts are straight up uninterpretable or even completely untranslated from Portuguese. If thats a problem you can tolerate though, its definitely worth it.

Arduin Trilogy
by Michael B.
Publisher: Emperors Choice Games & Miniatures C

Arduin Trilogy I really enjoyed purchasing this product because it finally reprinted David A. Hargrave's (hereafter DAH) Arduin Trilogy (in PDF). I would love to have a hard copy form. Full disclosure, I've been a big Arduin fan since the 1980's and I owned (at one point) this Trilogy in print. (As well as most other products for Arduin, sadly no longer the case, I'm all PDF now). The great things about this product; 1. Completeness, which in a reedited reprint is wonderful. 2. Wonderful, cool, weird, ideas to add to, or inspire your fantasy game (tired of the regular races try one of over sixteen new ones). 3. More new classes for your game. 4. More than fifty pages of new monsters (not including new Golem types and more). 5. Thirty-six pages of new spells. 6. Seventeen pages of new magical items and treasures. 7. The author's campaign setting, capsule descriptions of Inns, dungeons, noble families, infamous outlaws (to spark the imagination). Note, because the editor had ...
